The fees shown are our standard fees at the date of publication and include VAT at 20%. They may change, and the fee that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement. Descriptions of the law, including the Renters' Rights Act 2025, are general information, not legal advice, and were accurate when written. Take advice on your own circumstances.
Use of the site
You may view, print and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy the text, photographs or design for use on another site or in marketing without our written permission. Some photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited on the photography credits page; their reuse is governed by those licences.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.
