An agent that is also a landlord.

Sure Lets & Manage grew out of managing our own portfolio. The systems, the trades and the paperwork were built for properties we had money in. Now they run yours.

What we believe a managing agent is for.

Not for sending a statement once a month. For noticing the boiler is on its last winter before the tenant does. For serving the right notice on the right form, because the wrong one now costs a landlord months. For answering the phone.

We are based in Leyton, East London, and we manage buy-to-let homes across England. Our own portfolio runs from Essex to South Yorkshire and the North East, which is how we learned to manage at a distance: local trades we trust, inspections that are photographed, and statements that do not need a phone call to understand.

Alongside management we run two sister brands under the same company: Luxe Stay, for serviced and short-term stays, and Property Sauce, our lettings and sourcing arm. If a property suits a different model, we will say so.

Who you will deal with.

Every property has a named manager. You get a direct number and an email that a person reads.

The team is small on purpose. The people who appraise your property are the people who manage it, chase the rent and stand in the kitchen with the plumber. When you ring, you will not be asked for a reference number.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Tenants have an out of hours line for emergencies, and landlords are told the same evening if one is used.
